Bible Commentary Study is a free, offline Bible commentary reader. The App provides access to public-domain Bible commentaries for personal study and reference purposes.

Commentary Content

All commentary texts included in the App are in the public domain. These include works by Matthew Henry, John Gill, Adam Clarke, and Keil & Delitzsch. No copyright is claimed over these texts.

The commentaries are provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the commentary content for any particular purpose.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Redistribute or republish the App outside of authorized app stores

Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, icons, and branding are the intellectual property of Rockiestar. The public-domain commentary texts remain free for all to use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockiestar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
